It was in the Earth year 2037 when the exponential growth of the human race, on what was known as Earth, (X1 today) reached a dramatic turning point. The population had swelled, yet a curious division had emerged within society.
Of these inhabitants, 90% were known as "bears." They were cautious, skeptical souls who lived in the shadows of doubt and practical reason. The remaining 10% were the "bulls" — fiery believers who chased dreams and fortunes with unwavering conviction.
The strange part, however, lay not in the disparity itself, but in an unspoken truth: each bear harbored a quiet longing to become a bull. Though they doubted, though they hesitated, somewhere within them burned the desire to break free
from their chains of caution and taste the thrilling freedom of belief. Legends say that some bears would even risk everything — investing their entire wealth, betting on something grand — yet without the strength of true belief, they remained bears, forever trapped in cycles of self-doubt.
In those days, wealth was no mere currency. It was something deeper, a measure of one’s capacity to believe in the impossible. Coins glowed brighter for the bulls, who poured their faith into them, while the bears watched from afar, transfixed but tethered.
And perhaps that was the mystery of it all: no one understood why belief affected some so profoundly and left others untouched. Even the rare few bears who managed to glimpse belief found that their coins shimmered only for a moment, before dimming back to the dull sheen of doubt.
To this day, no one knows what held the bears back, whether it was fear, a curse, or the very essence of their being. But as time went on, it became clear that the fate of humanity, and of the precious coin that began to defy gravity, rested in the hands of those who could believe.
